On WhatsApp, share only your name, callback number, city and a short reason. Do not send a medical record, prescription, result, photo or other health document.
WhatsApp and your telephone provider process communications under their own terms. If you do not want to use WhatsApp, you can call DocFdar directly.
The Join us form collects information needed to assess an application and shows its dedicated notice before submission. It must not include patient data or medical information.
